Here's how you can provide valuable feedback

1. Ongoing Dialogue

  • I maintain an open-door policy. Please feel free to schedule a meeting or drop by my office to discuss any concerns, suggestions, or observations.

  • I will be present and visible in classrooms, hallways, and school events. I encourage you to approach me for informal conversations.

2. Feedback Channels:

  • Surveys: We will conduct regular surveys to gather your input on various aspects of school leadership, including my effectiveness in demonstrating these values.

  • Suggestion Boxes: Physical and virtual suggestion boxes will be available for anonymous feedback.

  • Meetings: I will schedule regular meetings with representative groups of teachers, students, and parents to discuss school matters and my leadership.

3. Assesment Focus:

  • Fostering open communication and individual conversations
