Mr. Jansen van Rensburg is an experienced educational leader with over 15 years in the field, demonstrating a proven ability to optimize all school areas with proactive and solution-oriented approaches. His professional journey includes serving as Executive Head at ADVTECH Schools Division and Senior Principal at Crawford International Bedfordview.   
Throughout his career, Mr. Jansen van Rensburg has shown himself to be a multi-talented leader focused on establishing positive, stimulating learning environments and holding staff to high standards. His expertise encompasses strategic direction, academic program oversight, financial management, fostering a positive school culture, and driving innovation.   
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Jansen van Rensburg is happily married to  his wife, Tania and has three children. He has a love for nature, traveling, cooking good food, and music. He enjoys cultural showcases and is a strong supporter of all South African teams, as a proud citizen. As a child of God, he believes and lives by the promises of Proverbs 18, in particular, "A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great" (Proverbs 18:16). 
In the context of this appointment, Mr. Jansen van Rensburg believes his skills and experience (his "gift") will open exciting new opportunities for Midrand Christian College and that he will be able to build strong relationships within the school community. He looks forward to meet and serve you all in his new capacity.
